What Constitutes IP Infringement?

Copyright Infringement:

• Unauthorized use of copyrighted images or photographs
• Copying product descriptions or written content
• Using copyrighted designs or artwork without permission

Trademark Infringement:

• Use of your trademark causing consumer confusion
• Sale of counterfeit goods bearing your trademark
• Use of your trademark in product listings without authorization
• Similar marks creating likelihood of confusion with your brand

Counter-Notification & Appeals

If your content was removed due to an IP claim and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address.

Counter-notifications must include similar identifying information and a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed in error.
